Este artículo analiza el discurso de las fazañas jurídicas, para comprender mejor cuál es su relación con la literatura. Con este fin, se examinan sus significados y los textos en los que aparecen. Asimismo, se repasa su relación con los exemplos homiléticos. Por último, tras desmenuzar varias de ellas, se desvela su relación con los exemplos de la tradición clásica, lo que les confiere su especificidad en tanto que formas narrativas breves.

This article analyzes the discursive characteristics of fazañas in legal texts, in order to better understand their literary nature. To this end, we begin by studying the signification of the term and the texts in which it appears. Links between the genre and sermon exempla, established by previous research, are then reviewed. After detailed analysis of various examples, we argue that one must also take into account exempla of the classical tradition to better define the specificity of fazañas as a short narrative genre.
